A person or company that has been reviewed approved by the Solar Regional Safety Manager to deliver safety training in a particular region or district. Externally accredited training providers shall be used in locations where it is required by regulation or customer.

Any work on or near exposed current carrying conductors at 50 volts or above (AC or DC)

As determined by their manager or supervisor, an employee who has beentrained and is knowledgeable of the construction and operation or a specific work method. Has adecuate knowledge of electricity and is trained to recognize and avoid the electrical hazards that might be present with respect to that equipment pr work method.

That is instructor-led, delivered by Solar or an approved training provider. In addition to Solar´s requirements, this training shall comply with any applicable regional and/or local regulatory requirements.
