Find the words that form minimal pairs for the sounds /p/ /t/ /k/, /b/ /d/ /g/.

The student will follow a conversation taken from a text and take part in it by reading his or her assigned lines.

A list of words will be read out loud and the student will have to write down the correct tense of the word, either present or past.

Group the words which have the same vowel pronunciation.

Words containing the phoneme /a:/ or /æ/ will come up and the student must identify if the sound, marked by a parenthesis in the word, is /a:/ or if the sound is /æ/.

The student will hear the recording of a word being pronounced and he or she must identify where the stress is by writing the stressed syllable in capital letters.

The student will hear a recording of the pronunciation of a word and he or she will have to choose between the two minimal pairs provided in the answer, differentiating between the sounds /θ/ and /ð/.
