"Good evening. Welcome to 'The Mill'. Do you have a reservation for tonight?"
Prüfling
"Guten Abend. Willkommen im 'The Mill'. Haben Sie für heute Abend eine Reservierung?"
Guests
"Nein, haben wir nicht. Haben Sie vielleicht trotzdem einen Tisch für zwei Personen frei?"
Prüfling
"No, we don't. Do you happen to have a table for two people available anyway?"
Waiter
"You’re lucky, follow me please. Here is the menu. Would you like to order some drinks first?"
Prüfling
"Sie haben Glück, folgen Sie mir bitte. Hier ist die Speisekarte. Möchten Sie zuerst Getränke bestellen?"
Guests
"Ja, bitte. Ich hätte gerne ein stilles Wasser und mein Freund möchte ein typisch englisches Bier."
Prüfling
"Yes, please. I'd like a still water and my friend would like a typical English beer."
Waiter
"Certainly. Are you also ready to order your food or do you need a few more minutes?"
Prüfling
"Gewiss. Sind Sie auch schon bereit, Ihr Essen zu bestellen, oder brauchen Sie noch ein paar Minuten?"
Guests
"Ich nehme die 'Fish and Chips'. Aber sagen Sie mir: Ist der Fisch frisch oder tiefgekühlt?"
Prüfling
"I'll have the fish and chips. But tell me: Is the fish fresh or frozen?"
Waiter
"It is fresh from the market today. It's our speciality! And for your friend?"
Prüfling
"Er ist heute frisch vom Markt gekommen. Das ist unsere Spezialität! Und für Ihren Freund?"
Guests
"Er möchte den vegetarischen Burger. Aber bitte ohne Zwiebeln, er ist allergisch dagegen."
Prüfling
"He would like the veggie burger. But without onions, please, he is allergic to them."
Waiter
"No problem, I will tell the chef. Anything else? We also have great desserts."
Prüfling
"Kein Problem, ich werde es dem Koch sagen. Sonst noch etwas? Wir haben auch tolle Nachtische."
Guests
"Nein danke, das ist erst mal alles. Können wir später mit Kreditkarte bezahlen?"
Prüfling
"No thank you, that's all for now. Can we pay by credit card later?"
Waiter
"Yes, of course. We accept all major cards. Enjoy your meal when it arrives!"
Prüfling
"Ja, natürlich. Wir akzeptieren alle gängigen Karten. Guten Appetit, wenn das Essen kommt!"
