Spoiled formula can make infants very sick
use a clean spoon
dont use bottle on any other baby

never put unused food back into the jar
Not adding too much or too little water
use fresh milk within 5 days
measure the right amout of fomula
Do not directly feed from the jar
Label bottles of breast milk
thaw under cold running water
put the baby food from the jar in a separate bowl or cup
Never heat milk in a microwave
use frozen milk within 24 hours
throw away any unused milk
Do not leave formula out in room tempertaure for more than 2 hours, nor use it if it has been out
boiling tap water for 1-2 minutes and then allowing it to cool
