OBJECTIVES – Following this session, participants will be able to:
• Provide a common language and definitions for concepts used in the workshop and work related to issues of race, racism, and other forms of oppression
• Identify the theoretical and political assumptions that inform our work
• Begin to create a common language within and across the organization to facilitate a more coherent cross-cultural dialogue
