Gabriel García Márquez was
born in Aracataca on March 6, 1927 and died in Mexico City on April 17, 2014.
He was a Colombian writer, novelist, narrator, screenwriter, editor and
journalist.
He was awarded in 1980 with the novel prize of
literature which was a reason for which he received fame. One of them great
books were: Litter , The colonel has no one to write to him, The bad hour, One
hundred years of solitude, The autumn of the patriarch, A Chronicle of a Death
Foretold, Love in times of cholera, The general in his labyrinth.
He was about 80. He was
average and overweight. He had short, white, curly hair and brown eyes. He had
