When working for a team where people are totally upbeat, enthusiastic and energised you are most likely in a team that is empowered. When individuals are more energised, they discover and explore new ways of breaking down what might have been perceived as mere hindrances in the past.

Being a manager that encourages members of the team to grow and develop will give you a positive reputation. The team you are responsible for are more likely to be loyal to you as they create a trust and confidence in you and will go all out to go the extra mile.
