First, find the sum. Then divide by the number of items you added to find the sum.
The number that appears the most in the group of data.
The middle number when all of the data is put in order from least to greatest.
Data that you collect yourself. (examples: surveys, asking questions)
Data with whole numbers. (example: the number of students in the class)
Data with decimals or fractions. Data is NOT always in whole numbers. (example: height of trees)
Data collected by someone else. (example: the temperature of a city).
