-Unravel the pasta - it is now ready to cook!
-Create a small hole or well in the center of the flour and crack the eggs into it.
On a flat surface, place the flour in a mound
-Form a ball with the dough and knead for several minutes.
-Fold or roll the thin pasta dough onto itself and cut into long thin strips.
-Cut the dough into 4 pieces and roll it out using a rolling pin.
-Bring the flour into the eggs until a dough forms.
Strain the pasta and serve with desired sauce.
Add the fresh pasta to the water and cook until tender or the pasta floats to the top.
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
-Cover the dough and let rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
