The president can take back his job when he is ready by delivering another written statement to Congress to that effect. It creates a procedure to remove the president involuntarily when he is disabled and unable to fulfill his duties. All citizens at least age 18 or older can vote lowered the voting age from age 21 to age 18 prohibits any law that increases or decreases the salary of members of Congress from taking effect until the start of the next term of office prohibits Congress from giving members a raise or decreasing a member's salary while they are serving a term of office
