Fabric/Cover Damage | Cut, Tear, or Seam: Flaw affecting the fabric cover that surrounds the mattress. Each mattress should be free of stains, discoloration, rips, tears, punctures, stitching flaws and zipper issues upon opening the mattress.
Transit Damage | NO RESHIP No visible damage to the product. Product should be just fine and we should encourage the customer to open.
Transit Damage | RESHIP Visible and obvious damage that was done to the mattress while the mattress was in transit and is still in the packaging.
Comfort Issues: When there is nothing wrong with the product but the customer has a comfort or preference that leads them to have a concern.
Recovery Issue: A defect that inhibits the complete expansion, or recovery, of a mattress. All mattresses are expected to expand to within half an inch of their finished good specifications after it is opened and given time to recover from being packaged for shipping.
