He was in a cellar when he found out a black cat that was similar to Pluto

He looked for the cat for finally kill it but he didn't find it. Nevertheless He felt relieved that the cat had disappeared.
He checked the ruins of his house and he realized that only one wall hadn't been consumed by the fire
One day he came back to his house, he thought that the cat was avoiding him.
A morning the narrator took the cat and later he hanged it.
One day, the cat did that the narrator stumbled, so he got very angry and took an ax. When he tried to kill the cat his wife stopped him.
The next night, the narrator was sleeping,he woke up by a scream that claimed that there was fire in the house.
He freed his arm from his wife and he threw the ax in her head, immediately she died. The narrator decided to bury his wife in the same place where he had killed her.
Many days later, the police went to the narrator's house, looking for his wife. The police didn't find anything so he punched the wall where was buried his wife the wall collapsed
he took the cat by the throat and took off one eye
He wanted to kill the cat but he thought about what he had done with the other cat, with the time his hate became fear
He realized that in the only one wall that was standing, it had the silhouette of the hanged cat
The cat followed him to his house and soon it became in the best friend of his wife. The narrator began to hate the cat
