Objective Lens
Variable that is changed in an experiment. The cause
start with the stage at its lowest setting. Make sure the low power lens is being used. Make sure its turned on and light is on. Using the course adjustment knob, slowing raise the base until the picture is in view.
Use the fine adjustment knob to bring the specimen into focus. If this does not work rotate back out to the low power lens and refocus. Then return to medium/high power.
