Properly attired for the work context. Personal appearance and maintaining a professional look in relation to the work being undertaken; possessing, wearing and utilising the correct PPE where appropriate.
Behaviour demonstrated in a place of work. Manners and politeness demonstrated by the young person; adherence to workplace rules and regulations.
A measure of drive. The desire to accomplish goals, tasks or jobs on-time and to a high standard
Demonstration to communicate effectively in the workplace. Verbal and written communication; ability to understand and follow instructions of others, again both written or verbal.
The manner, disposition and emotions in which the work is approached. To what extent are the tasks and work set entered into with a positive outlook.

Being punctual. Be present and ready for work at the beginning of the day; returning from breaks and lunches in a timely fashion.
