Third, the keyboard didn`t have the buttons for letters C and Q! How do you expect me to write like this?
First of all, the screen had a crack. It was absolutely disappointing.
I ordered it on May 20th but it arrived one month later!
This is totally unacceptable!
So, to resolve this problem I would like a full refund or a new product because it was a gift for Father's Day and I was unable to give it out.

En primer lugar, la pantalla estaba rajada. Fue una gran desilusión.
Esta situación es inadmisible.
En tercer lugar, al teclado le faltaban los botones correspondientes a las letras C y Q, ¿Cómo se supone que escriba de esta manera?
Estimado Sr./Sra:
Por tal motivo solicito el reembolso total o que se me envíe un nuevo producto ya que era un regalo para el día del padre y no pude entregarlo.
Realicé el pedido el veinte de mayo pero el producto demoró un mes en llegar.
Escribo el siguiente mail para manifestar mi disconformidad con un producto..
