2 cups and a half of
1 coffee spoonful of bicarbonate
2 coffee spoonfuls of powder
2 coffee spoonfuls of cinnamon
2 cups of carrots
1 small of pineapple in syrup

- Directions for the cake
Set to 160 - 175º .
beat the sugar , the olive oil and the eggs and second add to the mixture the rest of the ingredients .
add the carrots and the pineapple .
for 1 hour and 10 minutes .

- Ingredients for the icing
1 Philadelphia tub
200 of icing sugar

- Directions for the icing
the Philadelphia cheese and the icing sugar until you get a soft texture .
over the cake when the cake is cold .
