 The solar system includes the Sun and all the objects that orbit around it due to its gravity, such as planets and moon.

The sun is a ball of fire. The sun is a star. The sun gives us light and heat. Planets revolve around the sun. Everything in the Solar System orbits or revolves around the Sun

There are eight planets in the Solar System. The four inner planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars while the four outer planets are Jupiter, saturn, Uranus and Neptune.
Planets follow a path when they move around the sun. This path is called an orbit.
