Le texte le plus ancien est la ? des ? XII ? Tables qui est la naissance du ? civil romain .
Le , c ? est l ? équivalant de la bible du droit Romain écrit au VIe siècle , qui compile toute l ? époque classique du droit romain .
Après la chute de Rome , il y a eu une de coutume germanique notamment dans la gaulle franque .
Les coutumes germaniques : pas de sources parce qu ? elles étaient des coutumes , quand il parlait des coutumes germaniques il n ? était pas toujours objectif . C ? était un droit oral assez primitif qui dérive en grande partie de la culture ? Européenne , c ? était un droit personnel , les individus étaient régis selon leur naissance le peu de droit écrit romain dont on avait gardé le souvenir . Quand on parle de droit romain il faut distinguer le droit romain de ? Antiquité et le droit romain ( étudié au Moyen âge dans les universités comme un droit théorique et non positif ) .
