L ? enseignement du droit romain dans les universités s ? est fait selon deux méthodes :
- Glossateurs : 13e siècle : commentateurs du droit romain , ils commentaient les textes en cherchant à en comprendre le ? originel ce qui concernait souvent des choses de la vie qui avaient disparu comme ( l ? esclavage ) , dont l ? ? uvre à rassembler environ 100 000 ( commentaires de texte ) et qui a fondé l ? école des glossateurs .
- L ? école des postglossateurs : vers le 14e et 15e siècle on les retrouve notamment en du . Ils ont modernisé l ? enseignement du droit romain , en et en les règles . Ils ont éliminé les ? les ? plus ? archaïques en adaptant le ? romain aux besoins de la société ( notamment besoins commerciaux ) tout en prenant en considération les coutumes locales notamment le ? coutumier . C ? est un fond culturel commun qui concerne toute l ? Europe occidental qui a une influence surprenante d ? autant plus que ce n ? est pas un droit obligatoire .
