Use when, before, and after to introduce a time clause. Use when or after to introduce the action that happened first. Use before to introduce the action that happened second.
-----------------------In this activity, you will fill in the blanks using the correct past tense conjugation of the verbs in parentheses, as well as the appropriate time clause (when, before or after) for each sentence.
Here are some examples to guide you.
They MOVED to a new house WHEN they HAD a baby. (They had a baby in the first place.)
