The purpose is to make Colombian citizens bilingual in Spanish and English It imposed their view and exclude local knowledge in Colombian education. It’s seen when a knowledge is innovated to be competent and multilingual individual. Foreing language becomes a tool that serves economic, practical, industrial and military purpose. Speaking English allows to better understand the other human being, including the differences and breaking the language barriers.
