Health Care This program includes: Congregate Meals, Home-Delivery Meals, Summer Food, Child and Adult Care Food, Seniors Farmer’s Market, Senior Food Program, etc. Nutrition Provides early childhood education to promote growth in the following areas: social/emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development. Child Development Provides services to families and individuals who are experiencing a wide range of social and personal problems. Counseling Homelessness Offers financial assistance to persons who are at risk of being evicted, or have their heat or lights turned off due to a recent crisis. Senior Supportive Housing Housing for seniors 65 and over who qualify for this Medicaid-sponsored program. Substance Abuse Counseling on an individual or family/group basis for adults 18 or older affected with alcohol/drug related problems. School-Based Services Provides services in cooperation with the Chicago Board of Education to pregnant and parenting Chicago teens in specific high schools.
