Lily Sam, I want to color the sky! Can I use the blue crayon? Sam But I’m not finished! Duncan Exactly! But watch what Sam does. Lily Sam, I want to color the sky! Can I use the blue crayon? Sam holding the crayon tightly) But I’m not finished! Lily But I want to color too! Yellow Crayon I got it first! Yellow Crayon (whispers to Orange) Hey, this sounds just like our problem Orange Crayon Yeah, they both want to use the same thing. Duncan Exactly! But watch what Sam does. Sam Hmm… Okay, Lily. How about this? You can color the sky while I color the grass, and then we switch! Lily Really? That’s a great idea! Yellow Crayon See? Sharing and taking turns helped Sam and Lily both get what they wanted—just like you two can! Yellow Crayon So, maybe I color the sun in the morning… Orange Crayon And I color it in the evening! Yellow Crayon (together) We can work together instead of fighting! Duncan (smiling) Now that’s teamwork!
