Taklimakan Desert. Hint: It is at the Northwestern most tip of China.

Gobi. Hint: To remember where the Gobi Desert is, think about it being on top of a ledge, the ledge being the Huang River.

Tibet. Hint: It is north of the Himalayas. A plateau is raised flatland. On a Physical Map, look for a large mountain range.

Himalayas. Hint: When spelling, remember that the first vowel is I, and the rest of the vowels are A. South of the Plateau of Tibet.

Bengal. Hint: Bengal Tigers come from this part of the world, so find the body of water near it. Remember that a bay is a body of water that extends into a shoreline from a larger body of water, such as a lake or ocean.

Hainan. Hint: This is the only island on this quiz. Remember that it is at the southern tip of China.

South China Sea. Hint: Remember that it is south of China, which is basically exactly what it is called.

East China Sea. Hint: remember that it is east of China, exactly like the name.

Yellow Sea. Hint: Remember that the Huang River is also called the Yellow River, and empties into the Yellow Sea.

East China Plain. Hint: Remember that it is on the northeast coast of China. On a physical map, you can find a green patch that will usually be this.

Huang River. Hint: The Northernmost River in China. It is also called the Yellow River, which empties into the Yellow Sea.

Chang River. Hint: Flows into the East China Sea. It flows through the center of China.

Xi River. Hint: Flows into the South China Sea.

Anyang. Hint: The Northernmost city.

Luoyang. Hint: The southernmost city. Remember that the "Luo" in Luoyang is spelled with the U before the O.
