(Matt looks surprised) Ellen Yes, we’re on for one o’clock. Should I come back later? Matt No…time just got away from me. Please sit down. So, what’s on our agenda today? Ellen I am still trying to get my mind around the feedback I received. I don’t understand the “lack of team cohesiveness and input” comments. Matt Well, what do you think those comments are based on? Ellen Maybe the fact that I don’t have many team meetings. Maybe the fact that I don’t have my staff work together much. I feel like I get more done one-on-one. When we are all together everyone wants to say something and it’s like herding cats. Matt I know it can be tough to get people to focus and stay on topic. Maybe it is better to just meet one-on-one. Ellen I think it plays to my strengths. They’ll just have to get used to my style. Matt Ok, sounds like we solved that. What do you want to tackle next?
