Explicación

Un sarcómero se extiende entre dos líneas Z

Se ubica justo al centro del sarcómero

Ubicada al centro de la banda I, define los límites de los sarcómeros

Banda oscura o anisotrópica, en ella hay filamentos gruesos y filamentos delgados

Banda isotrópica o banda clara, contiene solo filamentos delgados.

La banda H, corresponde a la parte central de la banda A. En esta banda H solo hay filamentos gruesos.
