I’m scrolling through TikTok and Instagram, and I’m seeing people smiling, traveling, working out, and buying new things every day. Mario Yeah, I’m seeing the same. Everyone’s acting like they’re living their best life, but I know some of them, and they’re actually going through tough times. Ava Exactly! I’m starting to feel like no one is being real anymore. They’re posting happy moments, but they’re hiding what’s really going on. Mario I agree. People are wearing digital masks. They’re pretending to be okay when they’re not. I’m thinking about how that pressure is affecting our mental health. Ava True. I’m trying to post less and be more honest online. I’m even talking with my friends about showing real moments, not just perfect ones. Mario That’s great. I’m also taking breaks from social media. I’m spending more time offline and focusing on what’s actually happening in my life.
