Explicación

En la Sala de Representantes en La Florida proclama las leyes fundamentales, ¡HAY QUE CONTARLO EN EL PUEBLO!

El recorrido de desde Florida a Canelones es de un poco más de 50 km. Este recorrido se realizaba al caballo y se tardan 1día y medio, los caballos recorren entre 30 a 45km por día.

El recorrido se realizó en contexto de la lucha, al que se le sumaban las condiciones climáticas propias de la estación invernal. A pesar de todo, los representantes fueron llegando a sus correspondientes comunidades

Matías lleva como tarea distribuir las leyes que fueron promulgadas por la Sala de Representantes de la Provincia Oriental el 25 de agosto de 1825

La comunidad de se reúne en la plaza para escuchar las nuevas noticias que trae su delegado
