Student So, will you please tell us the advantages of Public limited companies Teacher sure, public limited companies can raise large amounts of finance, they can have economies of scale, management is separated from ownership and they can provide valuable collaterals against a loan Student does this means they dont have any disadvantages Teacher Of course they have disadvantages, first they can have diseconomies of scale due to their large size as they can lack control , they can lack effective communication. sure, public limited companies can raise large amounts of finance, they can have economies of scale, management is separated from ownership and they can provide valuable collaterals against a loan
