Explanation

When people eat, they get energy to move, play or work.

Electricity is transformed into light so that people can see at night.

The blades of the turbine turn when the wind blows. This movement is turned into electricity.

Solar panels capture sunlight and change it into electricity.

When wood burns, it releases energy as heat which keeps cooks and warms the food and it also releases energy as light so as to see in the dark.

The sun gives us light to see, it warms up the Earth. Also, plants use sun to make make food.

When coal is burned, it produces heat that cooks food, here in this context, the grilled meat.

Petrol or diesel contain chemical energy. When burned, it changes into movement, sound and heat.

The headlight allows people to see in the dark while riding.

Fuel as a source of chemical energy makes the boat move across water.
