Explicación

Los carbohidratos son los nutrientes que le dan energía al cuerpo para moverse, estudiar y pensar. Se encuentran en alimentos como el arroz, pan, papa, pasta, frutas y avena. Hay dos tipos: Simples: dan energía rápida (como el azúcar o dulces). Complejos: dan energía por más tiempo (como el arroz o la avena).

Las proteínas son los nutrientes que ayudan a formar y reparar los músculos, huesos y tejidos del cuerpo. También fortalecen el sistema inmunológico y son importantes para el crecimiento. Se encuentran en alimentos como el pollo, carne, pescado, huevo, leche, lentejas y fríjoles.

Las grasas son nutrientes que el cuerpo usa como fuente de energía y protección. Ayudan a absorber vitaminas, mantener la temperatura corporal y proteger los órganos internos. Se encuentran en alimentos como el aguacate, frutos secos, aceite de oliva, pescado, mantequilla y carne.
