Por ella entra sangre venosa, no oxigenada, del cuerpo hacia la aurícula derecha

Por ella sale sangre del ventrículo derecho hacia el pulmón. Pero aunque es una arteria la sangre NO está oxigenada

Por ella sale sangre arterial desde el ventrículo izquierdo hacia todo el cuerpo para repartir el oxígeno

Comunica el ventrículo izquierdo con la arteria aorta
