More approachable and more perfumed in its youth, leaner structure (compared to Barolo/Barbaressco)

Buttafuoco: Lombardia DOC, within Oltrepo Pavese, Mainly Croatina/Barbera (25-65%), with some Uva Rara and Ughetta. Quality reds with complex structure.
