We usually go with a percentage discount. Jamie Then we set eligibility and active dates, just like the guidelines say, to ensure the code is applied correctly. Alex Remember to limit uses per customer and set a clear start and end date so it doesn’t run forever. Jamie Okay, I’ll also document this in the CSR tracker and confirm the save step once it’s created. Alex On the shipping side, we’ll update a customer’s address in Recharge: enter the new details exactly. Jamie Yes, Step 4 says to input the full new address and double-check for accuracy before saving. Alex After saving, we should notify the customer with a confirmation email and keep records updated. Jamie Perfect. I’ll ensure the update is reflected in the subscription details and log it for audit purposes.
