The nitrogen dioxide concentration was elevated to 0.5 ppm. Please increase the mechanical ventilation and open some exterior doors. I will continue taking air samples to ensure NO2 concentrations reach recommended levels. In the meantime, can you please provide copies of ice resurfacer and edger maintenance records, as well as the ventilation maintenance records?
