Enseña que todo lo que publicamos deja rastro. Recuérdale a los estudiantes pensar antes de publicar: ✔ ¿Es útil? ✔ ¿Es respetuoso? ✔ ¿Podría afectar a alguien? Fomenta la creación de perfiles digitales seguros y profesionales.

Usar contraseñas fuertes y cambiarlas periódicamente. No compartir información personal con desconocidos. Activar autenticación en dos pasos en redes y plataformas educativas. Verificar enlaces antes de hacer clic para evitar phishing.

Practicar la “regla 20-20-20”: Cada 20 minutos → mirar 20 segundos → a 20 pies (6 metros). Establecer horarios de estudio vs. tiempo libre. Priorizar actividades físicas y descanso.

No descargar contenido ilegal. Citar correctamente cuando se usa información ajena. Promover el uso de recursos con licencia abierta (Creative Commons).
