Explicación

Cada tarjeta representa un archivo o carpeta. Muestra: • Nombre del archivo/carpeta. • Persona que lo modificó o compartió. • Fecha de la última modificación.

Al hacer clic en "Abrir", el archivo se abrirá directamente en la aplicación correspondiente (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) directamente desde el navegador o en la aplicación de escritorio si está instalada.

Permiten ver solo los archivos de un tipo específico. Por ejemplo, si haces clic en "Excel", la lista mostrará únicamente los archivos de Excel modificados recientemente.

Identifica la cuenta de Microsoft que está utilizando el servicio. Todos los archivos mostrados pertenecen a este usuario.

Ayuda a encontrar rápidamente archivos importantes o que se han compartido con nosotros sin tener que buscarlos en todas las carpetas.

Es el "mapa" de OneDrive. Permite moverse entre las diferentes secciones del servicio: • Inicio: Vista general con archivos recientes y recomendados. • Mis archivos: Todas las carpetas y archivos personales. • Compartido: Archivos que otros usuarios han compartido contigo. • Favoritos: Acceso rápido a archivos marcados como importantes. • Papelera: Archivos eliminados (se pueden recuperar aquí por un tiempo).
