Explanation

This fires an electrical impulse, typically around 60-100bpm.

AV node holds the SA node's signal, to allow time for the ventricles to fill from the atrium.

Combined with the Purkinje fibers, this will cause the ventricles to contract

Fires along side the Bundle of His, to contract the ventricles

Oxygen poor blood as been received and entered the heart

The artery with DEOXYGENATED blood going to lungs.

A vein with OXYGENATED blood returning from the lungs

Notice how the impulses from the SA node affect this atrium too?

The left ventricle pushes blood through the aortic valve, out to the aorta to supply the rest of the body
