Muchos de ellos se pueden crear mediante prefijos (extra-, ultra-, super-,...) y forman adjetivos de grado superlativo. Adquieren, por tanto, valor intensivo. Otros, en cambio, se construyen mediante sufijos como: -ón/ona, -ucho/-ucha, etc. Estos últimos tienen valor apreciativo.
