Where are you located? Sales rep We’re based in Downtown LA, but we have dispatch locations across LA, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. Customer Great. If I call, can you send a crew from a closer dispatch? Sales rep Absolutely. I can dispatch a crew from a closer location within one of the four counties. Customer What kinds of moves do you handle and what about timing? Sales rep We handle local moves in LA, within CA and up to 150 miles, intrastate and long-distance to other states. We offer two arrival windows: 8-10 am and 2-4 pm. Customer Do you offer wardrobe boxes? Sales rep Yes. We provide 6 complimentary wardrobe boxes and moving blankets for the move. We also offer regular boxes, TV boxes, and other packing materials for extra cost. Customer If I need to reschedule or cancel, what are the rules? Sales rep Rescheduling is free if you notify at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations on the day incur a 3-hour minimum charge, and deposits may be withheld depending on timing.
