Explanation

The address in regard to where the customer billed their order. Keep in mind, this can be different to the shipping address.

The address that you should use to verify the customer's account. Good to use the street address, or the city and state to verify. Be careful on using the billing as it could be different.

Payment information regarding how the customer paid and where the payment is located. Can often find reference PSP numbers for Adyen and Authorize. You also can find the last four of their card number.

Where you can find the timeframe of expected delivery, as well as the link for Dreams items that have shipped via Fedex. Will show as a blue hyperlink 'Track Order.'

A very useful view of the itemized products, showing you it's current status, quantity, and pricing that includes discount amounts and their final row total.

A complete review of the customers purchase from discounts, taxes and other applicable fees. Keep track of how much the customer paid, how much has been refunded and if any amount is due.

While you should also note in your Zendesk ticket of any payment reference numbers, you should also be including them here in the Magento Comment box. Along with notes for reasoning of additional discounts applied.

When in doubt- check the 'Notes for this Order' section for the history and any details on changes made to this specific order.
