Si la quantité fait référence à un aliment féminin qui commence par VOYELLE ou H MUE comme L'EAU , on utilise L' . Quand le mot est féminin et commence par CONSONANT , par exemple la farine , on utilise DE . On emploie quand l ? aliment est masculin . Le partitif est utilisé pour mentionner les mots pluriels . Finalement , pour exprimer une quantité nulle , on utilise DE .
