Crossword Puzzle

Many words that different languages use to name biological elements, such as plants and animals, came through the Spanish or have become international thanks to this language.
When the Spaniards arrived in the New World they found a very rich nature. The first Europeans that arrived in America discovered countless fruits, plants, and animals totally unknown to them. Those first conquerors needed to name all new things and often used the words of the indigenous languages, but in other cases, they used also Spanish words that served to establish analogies with ideas and concepts more familiar for the people from Europe in the Middle Ages. Later those news words went to other languages thanks to the contact with Spanish and they are still widely used today.
