Susie This is Susie, I had your system installed the other day and a panel fell through the roof. I am freaking out and I have no idea what to do. I cannot believe you all would install a system so terrible that it falls through the roof just days later. What is wrong with you people? That is incredibly irresponsible. Caitlyn Well, ma'am, that clearly wasn't my fault. You don't have to get upset with me for something I didn't do. This was clearly a mistake and we of course will get it fixed for you. You will probably get a call in a couple of days and they will schedule a time to come fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Susie No no, a couple of days? I can't wait for a couple of days to get this fixed! What kind of business are you! You install panels that fall through the roof and you don't even care to help me right away?
