Explanation

A life cycle keeps going on. Imagine a circle going around and around.

This stage is called GERMINATION. When water is added to the seed, roots and seed shoots start to grow.

This stage is important for the plant to continue to grow strong and tall.

This stage is called POLLINATION. The pollen is moves from the STAMEN to the STIGMA and this makes seeds.

There are lots of different ways a seed can be let out into the world to begin the life cycle again. The wind can blow them off their plant and scatter them. The water can wash the seeds away to a new space. The animals can eat and scatter seeds, sometimes seeds stick to their fur and fall off in different places when the animal moves. Some plants shoot out their seeds and scatter them around.
