Problems around the House

No matter how hard you try to have a ( 1 ) - ( keep ) house , from time to time , problems occur . People enjoy their houses when everything is going well , but if you think for a minute , there is surely something that needs doing . Here are some common problems and ( 2 ) ( solve ) around the house .
Tip 1 : If gutters are leaking , it is usually because of damage by storms or winds , a lot of dirt or leaves which block the flow of water , so you must have the gutters ( 3 ) ( replacement ) . The only way to tell is to get up there and check the ( 4 ) ( affect ) area . If you are not used to ladders , then get someone experienced to check them . If they are blocked , remove the ( 5 ) ( block ) and then wash them with a stream of water . If they need to be replaced , then get them replaced . In some cases it is quite easy to do it yourself , but again be aware of working at ( 6 ) ( high ) .
Tip 2 : You can also have problems with condensation and if left ( 7 ) ( check ) , the moisture can cause damp walls . If you don't control the ( 8 ) ( humid ) , then the appearance of black mould is inevitable . What can you do ? You should buy a weatherproof coating to be fitted to the exterior walls , so damp will not occur and your house will not seem run - down .
