Want to be complimented on the end result. My intelligence and abilities determine who I am and what I can become. Intelligence and abilities can improve through hard work, practice, and dedication. Effort and hard work is satisfying, fun, and a way to improve. I welcome challenges and embrace the effort needed to overcome them. I can learn any concept or skill that I want as long as I put forth the effort. You want to be complimented on the process. Effort and attitude determine who I am and what I can become.
