Second of two words. A way of identifying a particular cell. For example the column within the worksheet starts with A, B, C ... whilst the rows are numbered 1,2,3 ... so the unique cell reference of the top left cell in the worksheet is "A1" i.e. column A row 1

This is when you ask the database to arrange a list of items into some logical manner. Very common sort types are:- > 'Ascending' order sorts a list from the lowest value first to the highest value last. > 'Descending' order sorts a list from the highest first to the lowest last. > Alphabetic order sorts a text list starting with 'A' and ending with 'Z'
