Any other product complaint issue that cannot be defined or explained by the other product complaint categories listed in the form. Any damage to the outside shipping box. This could be due to improper handling when loading or during delivery. Any damage to the product box or packaging. (i.e. ripped box, damaged bag or packaging, etc.) Product packaging appears punctured or torn. The product may or may not have leaked out. The incorrect number of products shipped versus products ordered. (i.e. the Client/Customer ordered 22 boxes of Fuelings but received 18 boxes)
