(i.e. Accessories, books, marketing materials, etc.) OPTAVIA/Medifast bars were melted upon receipt Any piece of plastic, paper cloth, glass, metal, filth, insect, or any other object that does not belong in the product. Client/Customer received a different product instead of what was ordered. (i.e. ordered Golden Pancakes, but received Chocolate Chip Pancakes) Any damage to the outside shipping box.
