The product may or may not have leaked out. The product is missing part or all of the required ingredients. (i.e. garnish, solid pieces, noodles, chocolate chips, vegetables, etc.) The incorrect number of products shipped versus products ordered. (i.e. the Client/Customer ordered 22 boxes of Fuelings but received 18 boxes) Any non-consumable item that is damaged, missing parts or is deemed unusable. *Shipping damages, mispicks, and short orders not applicable. (i.e. Accessories, books, marketing materials, etc.) OPTAVIA/Medifast bars were melted upon receipt Any piece of plastic, paper cloth, glass, metal, filth, insect, or any other object that does not belong in the product. Client/Customer received a different product instead of what was ordered. (i.e. ordered Golden Pancakes, but received Chocolate Chip Pancakes) Any damage to the outside shipping box. This could be due to improper handling when loading or during delivery.
