OPTAVIA/Medifast bars were melted upon receipt Any health concern potentially related to consumption of an OPTAVIA product. Client/Customer received a different product instead of what was ordered. (i.e. ordered Golden Pancakes, but received Chocolate Chip Pancakes) The product is missing part or all of the required ingredients. (i.e. garnish, solid pieces, noodles, chocolate chips, vegetables, etc.) The product contains fewer individual servings in the package than required. (i.e. product contains less than 7 packets, missing product baking trays, etc.) Any abnormality with the product taste, aroma, color, consistency, texture, or overall appearance that does not meet product standard. This does not include a personal taste preference or a generalized dissatisfaction. Any damage to the outside shipping box. This could be due to improper handling when loading or during delivery.
